VSCEL laser is very hot welcome in these years, but distrabutors always be headache of its after-service.the chips seems not as ideal as it should be. VCA was testing and research the new chips by ourself in the pass year, and is studying the Existing problems. All will be solved. 

It is estimated that this new chip will be launched in the following monthes.


Now what's benifit from new type VSCLE laser ?


1.Characteristics of Laser Chip For 755+808+10664 nm diode laser

The VCSEL is a square chip, different from the palladium strip of 808. They are two laser devices, but they play the same role. 

The chip has a very long service life: up to 100 million times and a warranty of up to 30 million times. This is because of the unique cooling method of the chip and its unique characteristics:

1) The smooth surface is uniform and the divergence angle is small

Because the illuminator is arranged in parallel by a plurality of chips, each chiplet is composed of a plurality of light-emitting points, forming a surface, the light-emitting surface is uniform, and the divergence angle is small.


2)Chip's characteristics

To prevent burnout, the chip itself is adjusting its output power according to the operating temperature due to its own characteristics. That’s why the laser chips never burn and its lifetime can reach more than 100 million shots.

The chip's characteristics: The chip can be self-adjusted according to the temperature during operation; it is reversible and will never burn out. It can work continuously for up to 29,600 hours (close to 3 and a half years) at a high temperature of 100 °C.


3)Water quality requirements

No strict demands for water and Water temperature allow max<65°C.

It only needs the water flow through the Cooling Plate on the back of the laser chip. The water does not pass through the chip itself. The water only cooling down the cooling plate, the diameter of the water flow is same as the water pipe, because the water pipe is wide enough for water flow, so there is no risk for the blockage of the water channel. No need high water quality.
